Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Our client is a private medical company specializing in women's health, providing first class health care to patients in Australia. They are a progressive organization who takes pride in encouraging career progression and the use of new technologies. Primary Objective: To deliver exceptional patient care and customer service to new and existing patients in a polite, caring and professional manner. To adhere to all protocols and procedures for a positive outcome and the retention of patients. To achieve set performance standards and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact to assist patient inquiries and concerns via call, email and SMS
  • Understand the patient needs and requirements
  • Assist new and existing patients with booking appointments, coordinating medication dispensing, and all other inquiries
  • Action and complete customer care list as directed by Patient Care Manager and Team Leader
  • Respond to daily emails to staff and patients
  • Assist other departments and perform Ad Hoc tasks as needed

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a customer service role in a BPO setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and easily adapts to learning new systems
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and has high attention to details
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Problem solver and solutions driven with a proactive approach
  • Self-starter who shows initiative and has a strong sense of confidentiality and ethical behavior
  • Has a high level of professionalism and customer-orientation
  • Can work independently and with a team
  • Knowledge and background in the healthcare industry is an advantage
