Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contact prospective patients from various advertising sources and assist them with medical appointments and subscriptions
- Point of contact to assist patients in queries and concerns via calls and emails
- Update patient database
- Assist patients with documentation and payment processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years of work experience in a customer service role in a BPO setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver and solution driven
- Proactive approach, self-starter that shows initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and easily adapts to learning new systems
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and has high attention to details
- Strong information gathering and active listening skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Can work independently and with a team
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethical behaviour
- Has a high level of professionalism and customer-orientation
- Knowledge and background in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- An understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health professional organisations
