User Experience (UX) Designer  

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate User Experience (UX) specialist to join our team. This individual will be a key player in shaping the digital experiences we create for our clients, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and effective user interactions across a variety of web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a user advocate, a problem solver, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Agency experience is highly valued.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects and demonstrating a clear understanding of the design process.
• Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
