The Training Partnerships Associate is responsible for managing ZFF’s BL Alumni program and taking on the secretariat work for the ZFF-AP co-created Public Health Leadership and Governance Academic Consortium. S/he is also responsible for planning, designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring learning and development interventions, as well as providing technical support, needed by members/partners to achieve the consortium’s and alumni program’s goals and objectives. S/he shall also facilitate partnership discussions with existing and potential partners to expand or scale up ZFF’s capacity building programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree of any course, preferably with Health background
- Has formal training on training fundamentals, learning and development design, training evaluation, facilitating learning and development methods, training management
- Has at least 18 units of Masteral Studies related to learning and development or Public Health
- At least 5 years related related work experiences in the academe or managing learning and development programs
