Generally, copywriters have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, or Communication. A copywriter can work in print, television, radio, and online. Copywriters are required to have a strong portfolio of work to present at interviews, tend to be collaborative and passionate, and are most comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Have strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually

  • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines

  • Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow and grammar

  • Have a proven ability to demonstrate brand voice

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Have a good portfolio
