Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations and is responsible in monitoring, tracking and reporting offshore team’s performance versus agreed SLA to client and engagement leads
- Conduct RCA to identify drivers impacting performance
- Work closely with Quality and Training team to improve team performance
- Manage client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility
- Provide and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year supervisory experience in the BPO industry
- Strong problem-solving, project management, multi-tasking, organizational, and leadership skills
- Good English communication skills in both oral and written
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
