Job Description
This role is looking for Writers to write, publish, and maintain partner and consumer-facing documentation. Work ranges from making small edits to existing content, to creating entire Help Centers. Handle multiple projects to meet our turnaround time expectations, while also maintaining high-quality content
- Create high-quality reference, support, and how-to articles
- Closely collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
- Draft, develop, and publish content
Minimum Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or Mass Comm or other related fields
- Keen writing and editing ability
- Ability to write according to our internal style guide
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills
- Customer service skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working within a content management system and/or basic HTML
