About the Role: As an Accounting Manager - Service Delivery you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR – Inter company; Bank reconciliations & month end related activities. Also providing guidance & training to other team members.
- Ensure readiness for month end activities, adherence to cut offs and completeness of all entries done by the team.
- Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions and statutory compliance
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounts with relevant 8-9 years of experience (bachelor’s degree in accounting) Good communication and presentation skills.
- Understands US Accounting principles and procedures (Including FASB standards e.g., ASC 842 for leases).
- Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment
