About the Role: As a Record to Report Manager you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinates individual and teamwork assignments
- Ensures individual and team service levels are met or exceeded
- Participates in providing feedback to the Quality team for improvement suggestions
- Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined perio
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably Accounting degree holder
- CPA is required
- Minimum of 8- 12 years' work experience; 5-10 years supervisory
