Job Description

About the Role: As a Service Desk Voice Support Associate, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

  • You will be receiving inbound calls to provide customer service support to policy holders, agents, 3rd party callers and new customers.
  • You will provide an appropriate solution to resolve issues
  • You will cover all products including Desktop support
  • You will Perform activation assistance, cancellation, enrolment, marketing options, merge-match, password reset, profile updates, forgot card, certificate management, point management, offers and articulate member benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • College graduates and college undergrads with relevant work experience
  • With minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience in Tech Support, Retail, Sales or any related industry on a Voice Account
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
