Role Overview:
As a Technology Consulting for Delivery Architectures, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve providing advisory work for the IT function and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and manage the implementation of Workday Core HCM modules.
- Provide expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration and customization.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing activities.
- Develop and deliver training materials and provide end-user support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Core HCM.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skills: Expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM.; proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in implementing and configuring Workday Core HCM modules.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.
- This position is based in Manila.
