What you’ll do:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Here’s what you need:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable applications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
