Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Project Manager to join our team and take
responsibility for overseeing Oracle implementation projects . As an Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing
resources, and driving customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical expertise,
leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle implementation projects in the Australian
region, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition,
resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and timelines, to ensure successful project execution.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to
establish and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication
throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including internal and
external teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver on project objectives.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies,
implementing mitigation plans and driving timely resolutions to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes and standards, ensuring adherence to best
practices, conducting regular audits, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality
solutions.
Financial Management: Monitor project budget, track expenditures, and ensure effective cost control
measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies, including impact
analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans, to facilitate smooth transitions during the
implementation phase.

• ERP Experience is a must
• Experience in Project Management
  Oracle is a good to have
• Good years of experience
  Candidate should be comfortable with working remotely, however may need to visit office when required
• Plan project, plan delivery, timely delivery of projects
• Proven experience as Project Manager
