- This position is the Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is responsible for providing techno-functional support, developing and conducting testing for applications and system updates (including required system quarterly updates) and enhancements, setting up system for new ledgers/legal entities, documenting financial system business processes, conducting training to BU SMEs and end users and facilitating issues resolution with current and other ERP applications.
- Set up financial system modules for new ledger / legal entities as requested by the different business units
- Maintains 1AP configuration settings and documentation for all Finance related systems (i.e. Oracle, PTRS)
- Maintains 1AP functional area documentation like Chart of Accounts which includes not only the natural accounts but also allocation codes, cost centers, company and
intercompany codes, project and initiative codes and all other segments as necessary, and Vendor master maintenance in coordination/alignment with treasure e-banking and Supply Chain Management requirements - Harmonization of group’s requirement on flexible fields, customized reports and other business requirement
- Lead the 1AP system quarterly updates by understanding the changes, creating a test plan and guide, and performing regression testing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree – Accountancy/Industrial Engineering/Management Information Systems
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Has technical background and functional Accounting and Finance background
- Knowledgeable in Java Scripting, RPA, Power BI
- Preferably with business process knowledge
- Has experience being involved on projects (at least 1 year)
