Job Description
The position is responsible for the PDE planning, performance management, risk and risk finance management activities.
Planning
- Develops PDE strategies and the different departments’ operational plan and targets aligned to AP and ARI’s corporate planning framework, business plan and initiatives in coordination with the department leads
- Manages the implementation of strategies and initiatives
- Updates, monitors, reviews and reports PDE objectives and targets, operational plans and performance
- Facilitates RCA to the performance exceptions, monitors implementation of correction and correctives actions, as well as, identifies improvement opportunities
Risk Management
- Implements the project risk management process from risk identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment, monitoring and review
- Facilitates the development of PDE Project Risk Management Plans and Operational Risk Management Plan aligned to AP and ARI’s directives
- Reports key project risks regularly or during the midyear and year-end risk reviews
- Implements project insurance policy procurement and renewal process, and overall manages the claims.
- Implements data gathering and analysis of underwriting information
Others
- Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000 Standards.
- Reports Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/ committees-in-charge.
- Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies
- Maintains availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in planning and performance management, risk management and risk finance
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer or any 4-year related course
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification on balanced scorecard/ risk management/ risk finance preferred but not required
