Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for executing the various programs and activities of the RSM (Reputation and Stakeholder Management) Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engages and builds mutually beneficial relationships with identified community stakeholders Initiate activities that build, protect and recover (when damaged) Thermal BU and consequently AboitizPower’s reputation.
  • Provide on-site support and guidance to local teams in the development of their stakeholder engagement plans, strategies and available systems.
  • Ensure that local grievances and concerns coming from various stakeholders are properly collated, monitored and addressed immediately.
  • Execute programs/initiatives identified by the RSM team to improve stakeholder management in the organization.
  • Supports in handling relationships from internal and external stakeholders through administrative coordination.
  • Locally spearhead the research and identification of CSR and direct initiative projects responsive to the strategies, directions and qualifications of the organization and Aboitiz Foundation.
  • Prepare the project proposals and documentation required to execute CSR projects.
  • Execute CSR projects and complete all documentary requirements for its project closure.
  • Monitor effectiveness of previously approved CSR programs and inject interventions when appropriate.
  • Acts as an intermediary between DOE and LGUs in relation to the utilization of ER 1-94 funding.
  • Monitor and audit execution of LGU projects utilizing the ER 1-94 funding.
  • Monitor site compliance to the branding requirements of AboitizPower.
  • Execute branding initiatives designed to improve awareness and compliance in the organization.
  • Write local positive stories to reinforce identified communication narratives of the organization.
  • Provide guidance to local teams on the development of effective communication plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree preferably Mass Communications, Community Development or Marketing
