Will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the project.
- Facilitates vehicle and hotel booking for travels.
- Facilitates vehicle and hotel accreditation.
- Processes payments to suppliers/contractors and properly coordinates with the supplier/contractor for the payment status.
- Facilitates general meetings and meeting room reservation.
- Facilitates accreditation and enrolment of admin suppliers and landowners.
- Provides executive admin support.
- Requests assets such as laptops and software, office supplies and materials, ensuring that these are procured and delivered on time.
- Monitors inventory and requisitions of assets and office supplies.
- Monitors repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Assists in the implementation of improvements, repairs and maintenance of office buildings and facilities.
- Performs any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior consistent with the purpose of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
- Must be attentive to detail
- With background and experience in handling vehicle and hotel accreditation and booking
- With background and experience in inventory and requisitions of assets and office supplies
- With background and experience in facility management and maintenance
- With excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferably with experience in construction
- With at least five (5) years of related work experience
- Preferably a local residing near the project site (Camarines Sur) and willing to travel/work in BGC, Taguig City
