Job Description

The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the different company events/activities and initiatives of Hedcor Luzon.

  1. Plans, organizes, and coordinates various company programs or events (Recognition Night, Christmas and Kiddie Party, Quality Focus, Town Hall Sessions, etc)
  2. Coordinates with various suppliers and teams involved for the proper implementation of programs/events.
  3. Supports the implementation of programs to promote the Aboitiz core values and culture across the different teams within the group
  4. Facilitates culture building activities to ensure that objectives are met.
  5. Coordinates programs for the team leaders to serve as role models of culture and values in their teams.
  6. Aligns Hedcor culture and values to 1AP through analysis and perusal of existing HRQ programs and adjust as needed.
  7. Supports implementation of AP and AEV-initiated programs to ensure alignment on culture and values building.
  8. Submits accurate and timely reports on culture to internal and external contacts as needed.
  9. Coordinates the implementation of rewards and recognition programs related to culture (i.e. Aboitiz Way Team Awards, HOLAV Heroes)
  10. Evaluates culture building programs and recommends improvement as needed.
  11. Implements internal and external customer satisfaction survey to maintain service excellence within and outside the organization.
  12. Supports the implementation of employee engagement activities of the group (i.e. data gathering, action planning, etc.).
  13. Monitors employee engagement levels among teams through company-wide surveys.
  14. Supports the process owners in the implementation of set action plans to increase employee engagement among teams.
  15. Supports implementation of AP and AEV programs to ensure alignment on employee engagement.
  16. Submits accurate and timely reports on employee engagement to internal and external contacts as needed.
  17. Coordinates the implementation of rewards and recognition programs related to employee engagement (i.e. ARC 360)
  18. Evaluates employee engagement programs and recommends improvement as needed.

Minimum Qualifications


● Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering / Human Resources Development
Management / Psychology /Behavioral Science or any course related to the functions of the job
● With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in HR
● Must have background in planning and organizing corporate events
● Preferably with skills in graphics designing and video editing
● 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
