Job Description
The position is responsible in managing effective Talent Management and Culture Building programs across AP, including Competency Development, Learning, and Succession Planning.Moreover, ensuring the readiness of human capital to move in-sync with the business direction enabling AP to achieve Operational and HR Excellence. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Develops programs to promote Aboitiz culture across the different teams.
- Develops campaign programs to promote 1AP across theorganization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related discipline.
- Preferably with Master’s in Applied/Industrial Psychology or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role with executive potential.
- With expertise in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Change Management.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based at Cebu.
