AI Engineering Manager  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineering Manager to lead our AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering, along with proven leadership abilities. This role involves overseeing the development and deployment of AI solutions, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Develop and implement best practices for AI development and deployment.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Publications or contributions to the AI community.
