Your Role:
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of employee benefit requirements and other related reports, the accuracy of employee information on HRIS, and payroll processing.

What you will do:
- Manage accuracy and organization of employee information, records, and HRIS details.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendor for system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Generate reports, certificates, and communication materials.
- Assist with benefits processing, statutory remittance, and payroll-related tasks.
- Support HR events, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with team members to ensure all tickets are handled within SLA

Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in PH payroll processing and familiar with timekeeping rules, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets, leveraging data manipulation and analysis for effective reporting and decision-making.
- Experienced in HRIS management and proficient in handling complete employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Familiarity with role-based access controls (RBAC) and user access training (UAT), ensuring proper system access and security protocols.
- Knowledge or involvement in HRIS implementation is a valuable asset, enhancing the candidate's suitability for the role.
