Accounts Payable Supervisor

Your Role:

You will be responsible for recording & preparing payments for all vendors, employee reimbursements, US statutory.

What you will do:

• Preparing of payment batches as required to meet determined payment terms
• Maintaining Weekly Payment Run Monitoring
• Input accurate G/L account and cost center for the bills and expense reimbursements
• Ensure invoices and expense reports are appropriately approved
• Oversee timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Verify proper coding and approval procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate payment methods (e.g., checks, electronic transfers).
• Maximize cash flow while ensuring timely payments.
• Manage payment scheduling and reconciliation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Processing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience using an ERP system is necessary and is skilled in using Microsoft Excel
