SEO Content Team Lead

Your Role:
The Team Lead oversees the production process—from creation, development, and delivery of projects—for SEO Team.

What you will do:

• Understanding client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarifying issues and concerns prior to starting work
• Checking and proofreading to ensure all completed copywriting orders comply with industry standards and client requirements
• Addressing team concerns and issues such as attendance-related offenses, shift scheduling, and overall team dynamics
• Mentoring, teaching, motivating, and continuously giving feedback to new hires
• Regularly communicating with internal and external clients to provide status updates
• Monitoring all clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring they are met during every shift

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Solid understanding of SEO (Content)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team.
• Willing to work in night shifting schedule
