Social Media Advertising Lead

Your Role:

Successful candidate will be responsible to lead a team of Ad Traffickers & Optimizers for Social to manage day-to-day operations. He/She will work with the Ad Operations - Social Team throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development and implementation of campaigns/orders.

What you will do:

A. Digital Advertising and Sales Enablement Production Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Measure and report campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs), and stay current on online advertising trends.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements, providing regular client updates and addressing inquiries promptly.

B. Leadership and Management Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Design Services Advertising Operations Team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

- Monitor team's KPIs and SLA performance, conducting Root Cause Analysis to drive improvement.

- Manage client relationships, taking accountability for all communications and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, or related environment
• 1 to 2 years experience leading a team
• Experience in developing and implementing various digital advertising strategies
• Knowledgeable on agency and publisher advertisement tags, performance metrics for advertising campaigns, scheduling, and reporting preparation.
• Must demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
