Operation Lead  

Job Description:
As an Operation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of operational processes, particularly in warehouse management, inventory control, and delivery systems. You will lead and develop the operations team while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service levels and cost efficiency
3. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, including:
* Average operational cost per case
* Percentage of cases rejected or delayed due to unavailable or incomplete equipment
* On-time arrival percentage of Technical Support (TS) personnel for surgeries
* Ratio of Intermediate & Advanced TS personnel to the total TS workforce
* Losses due to stock discrepancies or damaged items
* Number of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) approved and implemented
4. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies in all operational activities
5. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain efficiency
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
3. Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and delivery systems
4. Experience in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
7. Experience in the Medical Devices industry is a plus
8. Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
