Acquiring insurance partner for telemedicine and related services with insurance

Ensure smooth onboarding with internal dept Alodokter, TPA, and insurance
-
Review all agreements with legal, ensure legal and regulatory compliance in agreements, signing process, and renewal processes

Gaining leads/contact for marketing socializations for corporate client insurance to boost awareness and usage
-
Conducting other partnership assignments and performing other partnership tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Must achieve the target cooperation agreements with Insurance partners per quarter
-
Data-driven dan market updates knowledge for partnerships target
-
Identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct market research
-
Maintain steady relationships with newly acquired and existing partners for continual partnerships.
-
Create partnership proposals and strategies to approach potential clients.
-
Monitor/update the progress and success of partnerships, and present partnership plans.
-
Identify opportunities to enhance partnership outcomes and address challenges.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership objectives
-
Identifying and negotiating deals with new partners
-
Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration
-
Other duties may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree from business major ( overseas university is a plus) with proven experience in business partnerships deal

Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
-
Wide network with insurance especially head provider relation i.e head provider relations and TPA
-
Representable and well groomed.

Excellent in PowerPoint, excel, word, English language
-
Having work experience in Hospital/ Employee benefit/ healthcare / health insurance / big 5 consulting firm is a plus
