Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Extracting, data mining, and/or converting raw data, information, or database files to more relevant summaries, charts, and/or reports to be used as input to the Management's business planning activities
• Planning, building, and maintaining information on sites and assets for business planning activities, using the available data for optimization of investments related to its operations
• Analyzing business process issues and/or problems and provide consulting assistance to system users
• Uses data to report status, performance, and communicates using fact-based and relevant data to maximize forecast accuracy
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to analyze problems and data, and develop requirements for technology solutions
• Interacting with people in both business and technical roles to create specifications and resolve issues with an eye toward continuous improvements
• Developing proposals that outline feasibility and costs, defining the detailed work package needed for the assigned system and application
• Consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business
• Conducting research on possible solutions and makes recommendations based on findings;
• Suggests, designs, tests, implements, and evaluates solutions, managing timelines, and technical documentation to make process improvements and predict project and field performance through the reports generated
• Complying with established processes and procedures to ensure quality of work and service delivered
• Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to future internal platforms/systems

• Experience in Telecommunications or Construction industry a strong advantage;
• Experience handling ERP or any data migration (from raw data to cloud storage and/or automation) a strong advantage;
• Experience handling Sitetracker a strong advantage;
• Experience handling Netsuite a strong advantage but not required;
• Intermediate to Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel;
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field;
• Exhibits solid project management skills;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Possesses awareness and practical experience with technology (e.g., Cloud, APIs, services, open source, database technologies, etc.);
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive business solutions;
• Willing to be assigned in BGC Taguig, fully onsite work set-up
