Job Description
Overview:
The Area Manager is responsible for Shop Audit, customer service experience, hiring, training, performance review, shop visit, site mapping and in-charge of the overall operations of the shops.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assessment and summary of shop audit by the area supervisor. Monthly surprise shop audit
- Perform the following:
- Customer service audit
- Daily shop visit
- Quarterly training
- Shop reports and assessment
- Site mapping
- Recommendation (operations)
- Marketing strategies (working together with the general manager)
- Submit daily reports to the General Manager.
- Perform other related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of managerial experience from food or convenience store industry.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preferably female.
- Laguna/Manila based
