Job Description
- Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Handles the same in compliance with company policies and Philippine Labor Law; prepares necessary correspondences.
- Partners with stakeholders and HR Team in developing and implementing Employee Relations best practices and programs.
- Attends and represents the company in NLRC/DOLE conferences
- Coordinates with corporate legal counsels in the light of administrative cases.
- Facilitates counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Investigates and resolves complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collates and analyzes employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revises people programs and/or policies to generate more positive outcome.
- Conducts sessions to equip line leaders in handling conflicts, employee grievances, and promote supportive workplace culture.
- Participates in and/or leads projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensures that company's policies are kept up to date and in line with industry best practices.
- Discuss issues, concerns, and relations matters with HR Head and/or senior management personnel.
- Explains and provides advice to leaders and workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
- Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties
- Prepares necessary reports and/or documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
- Documents and processes attendance-related notices.
- Enrolls separated employees in DOLE’s Termination Report System.
- Prepares regular reports on employee relations issues, trends, and resolutions for senior management.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience in Labor Relations/Employee Relations

In-depth understanding of employee policies and laws

Good listening and counseling abilities
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
