Job Description
- Formulate policies, plans, actions, and measures of the department as well as progress management.
- Perform over-all planning and control for the Production Department in relation to manufacturing of hair pieces and turn-around time (TAT).
- Recommend actions for the development and improvement of the department.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least college graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Engineering courses.
- At least 3 to 5 years managerial experience under Production Department.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Can work and deal effectively with people of all levels.
- With license is an advantage not fully required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
