- Crafting monthly content calendars for the brand's social media channels
- Spearheading the creation of all the content needed for the brand's website, including blog entries and copies for landing pages.
- Writing scripts for production shoots
- Developing content for the brand's electronic direct mails (EDMs)
- Crafting content for marketing collaterals such as posters, banners, brochures, and flyers.
- Monitoring the brand's social media statistics and creating monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based on gathered data.
- Responding to customer's direct messages and comments sent through the brand's social media channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Down-to-earth team player
- Responsible, with excellent analytics, and organizational skills
- Presentation/report building experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of best practices in digital marketing, email marketing, and automation
