Scholarship Officer II  

A .Main Duties and Responsibilities

I. Scholarship Application and Registration

• Attends to inquiries and applications related to scholarships in the Ateneo Undergraduate Education through multiple channels (e.g. official Ateneo email addresses, telephone calls, onsite visits etc.).
• Prepares and updates the following forms given to students
• Handles issuance, receiving, checking, and evaluating of Scholarship Update Forms
• Provides administrative support to the Committee on Admission and Aid

• Assists in the registration, enlistment, and enrollment of scholars every semesterAssists in managing the Registration Assistants

II. Information and Data Management

• Manages the OAA database of scholars, alumni, benefactors and donations
• Organizes physical and electronic scholarship files
• Co-manages the Scholarship social media accounts
• Generates data and prepares reports
• Assists in communicating scholarship initiatives.

III. Stakeholder Management

• Scholars
  • Attends to the needs of scholars by processing the following benefits/services
• Benefactors
  • Attends to the requirements of the benefactors
  • Donation Processing

IV. Scholarship-Related Events

• Assists in the preparation for scholarship related events

B. Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in various admission-related activities and events

C. Fiscal Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares documents for cash advance, which will be used for scholarship-related expenses
• Prepares the liquidation report for scholarship-related expenses

Education and Experience Requirements

• College graduate
• Three Years Work Experience
• Ateneo scholar is an advantage
• Background in Psychology or Counseling is an advantage
