Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for our clients
- Lead and and grow an SEO team of specialists
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on the latest trends and developments
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading an SEO team, building SEO strategies that meet and exceed our client’s needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all elements of SEO, and be passionate about delivering high-quality work.
As our SEO team lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our clients. You will lead a team of SEO specialists and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies that will help them achieve those goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing SEO performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements, working closely with our COO.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SEO, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them to client projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, SEO Toolset, Agency Analytics, Raven Tools, Rank Tracker and other relevant industry standard tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferable
