- Engage and assist Ayala Land Premier clients with professionalism and expertise.
- Promote and sell Ayala Land Premier’s properties to discerning buyers.
- Develop and nurture a strong network of prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Drive sales success by closing deals on designated focus/target projects.
- Spearhead selling events and establish strategic corporate partnerships.
- Contribute to innovative sales strategies that enhance team performance.
- Adapt and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Willing to travel as needed for work engagements.
- Flexible with work schedule to accommodate client needs.
- Broker’s license preferred, but not required.
