Marketing Senior Associate  

1. Project Marketing Management

• Handles the conceptualization, project launch and sustaining marketing efforts including materials/collaterals in media, print and digital releases.
• Coordinates/collaborates with Project Sales Team to provide necessary support through marketing efforts while achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Coordinates/collaborates with the Project Team in preparing marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, and others), presentations, briefing, scale models, rendering, virtual tours, buyers’ kits, tokens and other client-facing/supporting materials for sellers and clients in order to boost sales and promote the brand.
• Conducts pre-conceptualization of marketing projects such as but not limited to name, branding, value proposition and showroom layout studies. Ensures that brand persona and client profile are considered during the creative evaluation phase.
• Works with Sales for the analysis of sale results and effectiveness as well as impact of marketing initiatives. Ensures that additional actions and marketing campaigns are executed for projects with sales challenges.
• Works with the Project Team in building, promoting, and reinforcing positive overall customer experience through appealing visual displays, marketing materials, events, and relevant content.

b.Brand Awareness and Campaign

• Develops, builds, and enhances the branding of assigned ALP projects. Ensures that all marketing efforts and initiatives comply with the ALP brand guidelines and standard.
• Handles the creation of PR articles including videos and other relevant PR materials.
• Monitors and/or handles partnership with publications and luxury brands for ‘well-thought of’ PR events on project sites.
• Develops, implements, evaluates, and continuously improves buyers’ incentives. Ensures holistic and integrated concepts aligned with the requirements and branding of ALP.
• Handles ‘Brand Love’ marketing efforts and campaigns such as omnibus events, site drives and onsite tours for prospective clients.

• With Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management/Administration and other related courses with creative elements.
• Minimum three (3) to four (4) years related work experience in all facets of Marketing (advertisements, promotions, digital marketing, rendering, visual presentations, graphic designing, video editing, and project management).
• Highly proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
• With analytical, project management, creative/aesthetic, critical and design thinking skills.
• Highly proficient with various software applications such as MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Adobe Photoshop, Correl draw and other creative/digital software.
• Can deal and handle (low) complex/critical problems relevant to Marketing.
• With advanced knowledge and understanding in Marketing in different platforms from conceptualization to sustaining marketing efforts and initiatives.
• With proactive, result-driven and process approach mindset.
