Processing Manager | UK  

The Content Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end content processing of content on Chorus, ensuring the workflow is efficient and accurate. This role focuses on efficiently managing and organizing digital content, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery, and managing the processing of Uniclass classification data.

Daily Research Responsibilities:

• Ensure all content sets for Chorus are programmed on a detailed global delivery plan.
• Management of bugs and rationalize for the Development team
• Ensure all content sets are published on time to plan.
• Escalate any issues within the content delivery plans or workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform quality checks and audits as necessary.
• Information required for content updates, including Uniclass is produced and accompanies each content update.
• Ensure the classification databases are kept up to date and maintained.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related discipline: Architectural, M&E.
• Ideally with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• This is a full-time role, and the successful candidates will work remotely
• Must be able to start working and undergoing training right away.
• Must be willing to work the night shift (4pm- 1am).
• Experience in planning, programming, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience in change and process improvement.
• Knowledge and understanding of content management.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and specification writing.
• Professional communication (written & verbal).
• Specification writing skills.
• Meticulous & strong attention to detail.
