- Menerima kasus adauan dari L1 dan melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap masalah
- Melakukan threat Hunting dan deep investigation
- Melakukan kordinasi & penanganan dan respon terhadap insiden, security breach root analysis, threat analysis, incident respose dan incident containment.
- Memberikan layanan security advisory terhadap ancaman keamanan informasi terbaru
- Melakukan digital forensic
- Membuat dokumen remediasi dari incident yang terjadi
- Membuat laporan SLA Respon & handling atas tiket aduan L1
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Manajemen Informatika, Cyber Security atau setara.
- Pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Memiliki sertifikasi di bidang SOC (CEH, CySA, CHFI)
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam tim.
- Memiliki minat dalam keamanan TI.
- Memiliki pengetahuan & pengalaman tentang alat keamanan, seperti SIEM (Arcsight, Elastic Search) GCP SCC, Wazuh dan Firewall, EDR, Manajemen Log.
