Job Description
Manages and coordinates with vendors and third party providers to facilitate smooth conduct of projects
Support production managers via project-related ad hoc tasks
Closely coordinates with project team to facilitate smooth conduct of projects

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in both on-ground and online events & activations, with leadership experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Flexible and can problem-solve any concerns or issues that may arise pre-, during, and post- events
- can work with a team
- not required, but a plus: having a network of suppliers
