Job Description
- Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization's mission.
- Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work.
- Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations
- Responsible for handling various cases or crises or problems within the company
- Responsible for maintaining the image, conveying the message, and creating a good reputation
- Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
- Lead the development of strategic communication to both internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective communications to boost corporate as well as brand image and reputation to the public, business partners, investors, and government.
- Developing existing policies and SOP about problems pertaining a corporate communication issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree majoring in communications / public relations or related field
- Experienced in the same role for at least 5 years (corcomm / PR / marcomm, etc)
- Preferably have experience as a corporate communication manager in the hospitality industry or similar business
- Experienced in investor relations, PR and media relations, and internal communications
- Global and local mindset – Able to advance global goals by aligning local communication
- Proficient in English ( both written and oral)
- Willing to be placed in Bandung - West Java, with hybrid model working arrangement (3 days WFA and 2 days WFO)
