What Will You Do

• Manage bill dot com inbox for 3 entities. Code 50+ daily vouchers and route for approval to sync with QBO.

• Leads the month-end closing process.

• Managing the accounts payable function that may or may not include performing the duties of an Accounts Payable Officer
• Ensuring the team's work is accurate and invoices are approved for payment using the correct process
• Ensuring the team is allocating purchase order numbers (if applicable) and resolving any issues
• Managing the resolution of issues escalated from team members
• Managing the employee expense claims process
• Planning and execution of the vendor payment runs
• Ensuring credit notes are processed accurately
• Managing the accuracy of the vendor database
• Reconciliation of supplier statements, credit cards, etc.
• Generating journals for month-end reporting
• Ongoing improvements to the accounts payable process
• Manages and trains accounts payable coordinators.
• Hire and onboard accounts payable coordinators.
• Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.
• Creates accounts payable processes and procedures.

You have…

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related major is required.
• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related major is preferred.
• A Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounts payable or related experience is required.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience is preferred.
