Operations Coordinator  

Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management team by overseeing operational tasks, ensuring consistent service quality, and improving workflow efficiency.

• Schedule shifts and manage daily staffing levels to ensure proper coverage.
• Address staff needs, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale.
• Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; reorder as needed.
• Track usage and waste to optimize inventory and control costs.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline service.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with management to implement changes.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain service standards.
• Assist with handling customer complaints and resolving concerns. Work with the kitchen and service staff to ensure quality and consistency of food.
• Support financial reporting and data entry as required by management.

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
