Artist Project Manager | Work from Home  

Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.

Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenge and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future.

We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Purpose:

• Your role in our company will be twofold: as a project manager, and as an artist.

Areas of Responsibility:

You will be given the opportunity to manage the production side of e-learning projects:

• Leading the workflow for internal staff and freelancers completing videos, designs, and other project deliverables, including but not limited to graphic design outputs and various vector / illustrated assets to fulfill the e-learning content creation requirements of the company:
  • Storyboards
  • Vector assets for animated videos
  • e-Books and Infographics for online courses
  • Other graphic design tasks
• Ensuring the task for the projects are assigned properly, monitored, and completed.
• Checking output

Your skills as an artist will also be needed to help complete animated videos by creating graphic layouts, assets, and / or storyboards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree relevant to Arts, Multimedia, Design, or any related field.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of managing a team and skills of an artist needed to execute the production work.

• With experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Able to help manage multiple freelancers to complete a project
• Able to communicate effectively and work with a team
• Knows how to pay attention to details
• Has good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to submit a creative portfolio comprised of any of the following: illustrations/vectors, storyboards, and 2d animation/explainer video samples
