Job Description
Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains efficient and effective customer service at all times.
- Gives a pleasant/cheerful smile to customers and greets them accordingly.
- Acknowledges the presence of customers, listens and pays attention to their needs.
- Attends to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.
- Thanks to the customer at the end of every transaction.
- Performs the following functions to attain department sales quota:
- Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of merchandise' style, color or size.
- Directs the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.
- Replenishes stocks on display and ensures availability of stocks in the selling area.
- Arranges a display of stocks.
- Adheres to the guidelines and policies relative to the store's campaign on customer service.
- Safeguards merchandise in his/her area from shoplifting, breakages, and damages.
- Assists in the periodic inventory taking of the department and branch as well.
- Maintains orderliness of work area to ensure a systematic flow of work.
- Ensures proper storage and cleanliness as a preventive measure against fire or other accidents.
- Sees to it that all merchandise/items and other equipment kept in the selling area and those in his/her custody are well secured.
- Supports Management decisions, requirements and expectations.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male
- Graduate of any 4 year course (Business course is preferred) or college level with selling experience
- Must have pleasing personality and have good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
