Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the online class platform, including budget management and goal setting, to maximize exposure and achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, handling professional growth and ensuring alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Implement social media strategies aligned with company goals, monitor team performance, and analyze metrics to optimize brand awareness, engagement, and customer leads.
- Manage company budget for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (TikTok, Instagram), and potentially other channels.
- Analyze performance data to optimize ad campaigns, targeting the right audience with data-driven decisions, and tracking ROI to ensure optimal results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a preference for candidates with a background or interest in engineering.
- Excel in numerical analysis and possess a strong grasp of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficient in utilizing social media management platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools
