Job Description
As a Virtual Receptionist, you will:
- Manage virtual reception for our client, handling inbound calls and emails
- Help our client drive their business forward by enabling them to focus on the important items
As a Virtual Receptionist, your daily tasks may include:
- Handle all phone calls effectively with politeness and in a professional manner
- Follow the proper procedure when requested to divert a call
- Make outbound appointment reminders to clients
- Triage new patient referrals and schedule appointments for them
- Manage incoming (virtual) faxes from the clinic’s inbox and import them into the relevant patient’s file, and forward to the relevant doctor
- Perform admin tasks such as reports, documentations, and updating of patient records
- Provide support and assistance to the client’s onsite team with back-office work as required
- Contribute to team’s effort and perform other duties as requested by the client or assigned by the management
Minimum Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Proficient with MS Office application, particularly Outlook, with at least basic Excel skills
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in an admin role
- At least 1-year call handling experience
Advantageous
- Experience in handling Australian accounts
- Experience in Open Dental or any medical-related software
- Have a clear or neutral accent
