What You Do
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Business Partners
Minimum Qualifications
Who You Are
As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure that the software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. We expect you to be able to build consistent and efficient tests delivering them in-time. You should also hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems.
What You Bring
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Significant experience with both white box and black box testing
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Highly organized and attention to details
- With great interpersonal and communication skills
