Who You Are

As a Client Support Analyst, you are responsible for providing quality and efficient sales presentations to customers. VHA is seeking team members who are driven by success, confident in their communication skills and are highly proficient sales individuals.

What You Do

  • Provide high-quality and efficient sales presentations to customers.
  • Maintain target levels of sales, productivity, and performance.
  • Document customer interactions and account resolutions.
  • Multi-tasks: listening, inputting data, probing, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
  • Build rapport and leverage client relationships with existing and potential clients with the goal of meeting clients' needs.
  • Analyze consumers’ situation and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate resolution
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.
  • Contribute to the team environment by assisting fellow employees and participating constructively in team meetings.
  • Strive to exceed the overall performance goals of the organization.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

What You Bring

  • At least 2-3 years’ sales experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • With a professional and positive demeanor
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
