Customer Service and Trade Management Specialist  

Responsibilities:

• Answering live incoming messages from customers and answering customer’s questions in a very professional and fast-paced manner
• Managing trade requests from clients on a trading platform, including checking the order information and sending the customers different messages based on the scenario.
• Carrying out document checks and sending them to verification teams
• Answering customer information requests or other information requests from our banks.
• Checking our ads to ensure they are active and within certain limits/conditions, optimizing our ad prices as needed.
• Helping with releasing or refunding trades/payments to/from customers.
• Escalating any complex or suspicious queries to senior team members.

• Proficiency in English language
• Ability to understand different customer situations and understand what the customer wants, and what you should do to help them get what they want in the fastest way possible.
• Ability to work remotely with great performance
• Self-motivated with great levels of independence
• You will be required to work one of three shifts that span a 24-hour period. Depending on business requirements, you may need to work nights or weekends.
