Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with CIIT's mission and strategic goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure the institution remains at the forefront of educational innovation.
Departmental Oversight
- IT Department (managing support tickets, network infrastructure, IT services, and policies).
- Educational Technology(tools and platforms for teaching and learning).
- Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Compliance (ensuring compliance with data protection regulations).
- Process Automation and Development
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the documentation of all processes within the technology departments.
- Lead efforts towards achieving ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications.
- Manage the adoption and administration of software tools utilized across the organization.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with academic and administrative leaders to support institutional objectives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technological advancement.
Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, such as CTO or VP of Technology

Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, educational technology, process automation, and data privacy.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards is highly desirable.
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments and lead cross-functional teams.
