As a UX Accessibility Developer, you will focus on enhancing the accessibility of our products, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, have a seamless experience. You will work closely with design and engineering teams to drive the implementation and improvement of accessibility best practices
- Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure user interfaces meet accessibility standards.
- Evaluate and improve existing product accessibility features, and conduct accessibility testing.
- Develop and maintain accessibility design and development guidelines, promoting best practices.
- Research and apply the latest accessibility technologies and trends.
- Participate in user research, gather and analyze feedback from users with disabilities to enhance product accessibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Gain a deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices, such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications).
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and have practical experience in implementing accessibility features.
- Familiar with accessibility testing tools and techniques such as Lighthouse and WAVE.
